May is National Meditation Month.

I learned that May was Meditation Month recently and I thought it would be a great time to revisit how meditation is beneficial for our lives. It is a place where we can find answers, heal our hearts, souls and minds, and a place where we can find peace away from the chaos of our worlds.

  1. Meditation is probably the best way to beat stress, although I haven’t done much meditation lately I use too all the time and even had visions. I do have every intention to get back to it.
