Let’s be frank. Anxiety sucks. It usually has awful timing and it can be quite the pitfall. The really crappy thing about anxiety is that once it starts brewing it can be tough to keep from boiling over…I’m trying to use visuals here for those folks that don’t quite know what anxiety feels like. It can feel like a fire inside of you. Or it can feel like the world is huge and you are shrinking inside of it. Everyone feels anxiety a little different but I think we can all agree, it sucks.
Some of the tips and tricks I find that work the best for me is through essential oils therapy and to add more mindfulness into my life. The key to it is to bring yourself back down, into the moment, and out of the spiral.

I also practice tapping, in which I’ll gently tap my fingers in twos to calm myself. Or I find focusing on one thing in the room helps bring me back. Find something that helps ground you and this will help you pass through the anxiety.
