The Top Things that Have Helped Me On My Personal Development Journey

It’s day two of The FiveInspired Blogging Challenge and today we’re chatting personal development! This is one of my favorite topics to chat about so of course I’m super excited! You can check out all the prompts for the challenge here.

Personal development is at the forefront of my thoughts on a constant basis. I’m one of those gals that seem to have become addicted to it. Maybe it’s my constant need for growth and movement. Maybe it’s the nagging perfectionism part of my personality. Whatever that inner motivation is, it keeps me always want to build more and keep growing.

It’s become a fun, sometimes challenging, and very rewarding process. And I’ve found some favorites along the way. Since day two’s prompt of The FiveInspired Blogging Challenge is ‘Personal Development’ I thought this would be the perfect day to share some of those favorites with you!

My Favorite Planners to Help Me Stay Aligned and On Track to My Goals

My Favorite Ways to Deeper Self Discovery

To really have a good personal development plan, you first have to do some good digging and get to know yourself.

A little shameless plug here – but I am speaking 100% from experience – was going through my 30 Days to Deeper Self Understanding Course. This helped me get a clear idea of what I really needed (and wanted) to have more joy in my life.

Another great way to get a better understanding of yourself and how to create your life around you so you can truly thrive is to learn your personality type. Truity gave me such a detailed and insightful look into my core personality. I understand so much more why I do the things I do and think the way I think! I’d love to know what personality type you are – leave a comment and share your thoughts on your outcome!

This year has been an amazing journey so far. I know it’s still early in the year which means there is still so much opportunity for many more wonderful things as I truly come into finding myself <3
