Why I Start My Day with 365 Days of Happiness

Lately I’ve been kicking off my mornings with a little “me” mindful time. I grab a cup of coffee and I curl up with some motivational reading. What an amazing way to start the day!

Self care and self love can be a hard journey. The path to true self discovery and pure joy will have its many bumps along the road. We’ll have to face things that have stood in our way before, and for many of us that means also opening old wounds and working on healing trauma from our pasts. Frankly put, this part sucks, but the freedom we feel after shaking those shackles is amazing. That makes it worth it!

My Review

*I was provided this book free of charge in exchange for my review. All opinions are my own. This is an honest review with honest thoughts.

I was given the opportunity to review 365 Days of Happiness by Jacqueline Pirtle and am so thankful this was the book I get to start my day with. Her daily prompts get your mind in a great positive frame for the day that awaits!

In 365 Days of Happiness, each day has a little ‘thought’ task to take on for the day. My favorite days so far are Day 8 and Day 9 – all about loving and taking care of yourself! Why? Because happiness starts with us. True happiness and joy is bred from within.

Adding 365 Days of Happiness to my routine has helped bring more light into that journey. Jacqueline keeps it light-hearted and uber positive so that I can start my day filled with a feeling of sunshine in my heart. It has added a wonderful balance to my personal development journey.

This book is a great read for anyone – whether you’re an avid reader or not so much. The daily reads are no longer than a page so you can easily add it to your daily routine and start bringing more joy into your life!

Through her writing Jacqueline, also known as ‘FreakyHealer’, teaches you how to have fun with life again. “She has a passion for sprinkling happiness and being high for life.” I mean seriously, with a description like that, how could you not want to read her book?!

Okay, okay, I’ll stop ranting – just saying, you should check her out!
