15 Wonderful Ways to Use Essential Oils for Better Health

Essential oils have been used medicinally throughout history. The earliest known mention being around 1188 A.D.

Did you know they used to use Myrrh to stop bleeding of injured soldiers on the battlefields? Evidence of the use of Myrrh and Frankincense dates back over 5000 years!

Today essential oils are used as a non-invasive alternative to treating many symptoms and ailments.

They have many antioxidant, antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory properties making them increasingly popular.

Healing oils act as natural medicine without the side effects so often experienced with processed and synthetic medicines.

They are also easy to use, versatile in their application, and are mainstream enough to be found and purchased easily.

I’ve been using essential oils for several years now and I’m still discovering new ways the make my life better. I went full on in last year with Young Living Essential Oils and I haven’t looked back since!
