I wanted to kick off our Self-care Sunday post today with some thoughts that were running through my mind this morning.

Self care can be a funny thing…something that leads us to so much more. What may start as a simple step to build a better routine can lead us to learning so much about ourselves. As we develop healthier habits you will also soon realize how these habits affect you and through that we also learn a little something about how we work, why we work some ways and more about our personalities.
